Gem's Nurture Bootcamp

The importance of Nurturing talent cannot be overstated. When active hiring slows down, building a warm pipeline full of high-quality candidates will ensure that your team is ready to meet your headcount goals when hiring demand increases. However, we also recognize that developing a nurture strategy is challenging, and teams are often blocked by not knowing where to start. That’s why we’re launching Gem’s Nurture Bootcamp! 

During this 5-week bootcamp, we will meet once a week to help you build foundational knowledge to start building your nurture strategy. There aren’t any prerequisites beyond being a current Gem customer.

This is an interactive, hands-on learning program designed for TA leaders and/or those on their teams who want to build their nurture strategy right now.

In this bootcamp, you’ll learn how to:

  • Create a talent pool strategy for your evergreen roles
  • Build and maintain your talent pool in Gem
  • Develop a lightweight content and engagement strategy
  • Operationalize your content and engagement strategy in Gem

This program is free for current Gem customers.
