We're proud to be home to ERGs like Jades (our Asian Gems), Prisms (our LGBTQ+ identified Gems), and Obsidian (our Black Gems); we regularly run anonymous surveys to ensure all of our Gems feel a strong sense of belonging; and we hold company-wide DE&I forums to respond to what's happening outside Gem's doors. When the events of 2020 called our health and wellbeing into question, we expanded our slate of benefits — adding teletherapy, remote meal stipends, and regularly scheduled "Wellness Days" to keep work and life in balance.
