Gem Messages: One Inbox for all your Texting
Gem Messages is now available to all customers with SMS enabled! Track and manage replies sent by candidates, whether it’s from a one-off text message or part of a sequence… all under one centralized inbox. This includes messages you send directly from Talent Pipeline.
Forecasting widget in Dashboards: Share your current hiring trajectory in a presentation-ready format.
Sourcing on top of Indeed: The Gem extension will soon work on top of Indeed the way it does on LinkedIn, automatically creating candidate profiles and logging all interactions. Let us know if you're interested in trying this out as soon as it's available.
SMS Breakdown in Outreach Stats: SMS will be added to the breakdown groupings in outreach stats to give visibility across all channels
SuccessFactors Integration: Gem will soon be able to integrate with SuccessFactors, syncing all your important data between Gem and your HRIS!
