- Navigation redesign
Can't find things where they used to be? We've rearranged the left nav in Gem! Let us know what you think.
- Signup For Gem Without Email Access
If your hiring managers or other colleagues want to jump into Gem to review resumes or look at analytics without granting full access to their email, they can now do so through our new signup flow.
- Grammarly Works in Sequences
Some of you live and die by Grammarly, which now works great as you're composing your Gem sequences.
- Outreach Stats
Custom date pickers let you hone in on a specific time range
- Invite Others to Gem
If you're a team admin, you can invite other users to sign up with Gem through the Team Admin dashboard.

- Pipeline Analytics 📊
Saved reports are here at last!
Configure your report however you want, and then click the "Save" button at the top. You'll be able to name it, and then it'll be accessible to your entire team in the left navigation.
- Default reports
To help you get started with Pipeline Analytics, you'll find a handful of preset reports to quickly jump into some commonly-requested views.
- Sourcer's Board
Head to the Talent Pipeline section of Gem (fka "Jobs"), and you'll now see all candidates who are "Attributed To" you, which includes anyone you have a touchpoint for. Let us know what you think about this new view so we can continue to improve it.
- Rules of Engagement
We're piloting some features to help teams operate by their rules of engagement with a few customers. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you're interested in joining this pilot program.
- Careers Site Interest Form
Another pilot we're running with select customers is a career site widget, which is a form that your career site visitors can fill out to stay in touch about new opportunities. Let us know if you're interested in piloting this as well.
